Process before volume
A line moves to higher volume only once first-pass yield, AOI results and burn-in failure rates hold steady across consecutive production runs.
Roadmap
The plants are built in sequence, not in parallel. Each one only starts when the previous plant's process, training material and supply chain are proven enough to copy.
Sequence
Site selection and licensing in Oman, agreements with our manufacturing partners in China, equipment specification for the interactive flat panel line, and formation of the founding engineering and production team.
The Oman plant is commissioned and the interactive flat panel line enters production as SKD assembly. Equipment for the direct-view LED line is specified, ordered and installed; the engineering centre opens alongside it.
The LED video wall module line goes live in Oman on a full SMT process. Interactive panel assembly moves from SKD toward CKD. Site work and licensing begin for the Saudi plant.
The Saudi plant is commissioned on the same template. The first board revisions designed in our own engineering centre enter production, and the Phase 2 programme opens: robotics, unmanned aerial systems, communication devices and video conferencing.
The Syria plant is commissioned, products designed in-house enter production, and Phase 2 production lines are added in the Oman facility using the land reserved for them.
What moves the plan forward
The years below are targets. What actually releases each step is a set of conditions being met.
A line moves to higher volume only once first-pass yield, AOI results and burn-in failure rates hold steady across consecutive production runs.
A product moves from SKD to CKD, or from partner design to our own, only when the local team can run and troubleshoot it without outside support.
A new country starts when the previous plant's procedures, test jigs, training material and supplier list are documented well enough to be copied.
Note. This roadmap is indicative. Dates depend on licensing, partner and equipment lead times, and site readiness in each country, and will be updated as each milestone is confirmed.
